Ukhan Tukka is a free, ad-supported collection of Nepali proverbs. There are no accounts and we do not ask you for personal information. The site itself stores nothing about you; third-party advertising and analytics may set cookies as described below.

This policy also covers the Ukhan Tukka Android app. Like the site, the app has no accounts and does not ask for personal information.

• On your device only: saved favourites and notification settings are stored on your phone and never sent to us. Daily ukhan notifications are scheduled on the device.
• Advertising:the app shows ads from Google AdMob, which may use your device’s advertising ID and basic device information to serve and measure ads. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your Android settings.
• Usage analytics: the app uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how screens are used (taps, scrolls, screen views and crash information), which helps fix problems and improve the layout.
• Contributions: sending a proverb or a meaning opens your own email app. We only receive what you choose to send, and use it to improve the collection.

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies at aboutads.info.

The site may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure how pages are used, for example which proverbs are read, how far people scroll and where visitors come from. These tools set their own cookies and report usage in aggregate; we do not use them to identify you.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
